arbab · noun · master, boss

Meet arbab.
Hire the whole team.

Your team of always-on agents that you can give real work to. Each bot gets its own computer, memory and routines, and asks you before anything consequential.

A team of arch-headed arbab bots working at a shared desk around their human boss, with night in one window and day in the other.

Your bot team

Give each bot a job.

A few examples to start from. Create as many bots as you like, for any job: describe it in plain words and give it the apps, schedule and limits it needs.

+Your own bot, for anything. No fixed list and no limit on the number. If you can explain the job to a person, you can give it to a bot.

A bot at its own computer while a person takes over the mouse to sign in.

Its own computer, signed in.

Every bot gets a real desktop and browser that stays logged in, so it can work in portals and tools that have no API. Watch its screen live, or take over for a moment to sign in for it.

A bot with binoculars watching web pages, with a calendar, clock and notification bell.

Always on watch.

Put it on a schedule or let it watch for changes. It remembers what it has already seen and only tells you what’s new: new notices, new listings, price drops.

A chief-of-staff bot handing task cards to three bots whose work merges into one folder.

A team, not a tool.

Ask your chief of staff. It splits the request, hands each part to the right bot, and brings back one answer.

More than chat.

Gmail, Calendar and Drive, with as many accounts as you need: your mailbox, a shared ops@ inbox, a second domain. You grant each bot only what it should see.

Remembers

Each bot keeps an ongoing thread and memory of what you told it and what it has seen.

Memos, spreadsheets and files with sources, not just chat messages.

Connects to your tools

Every integration speaks MCP, so any MCP server, or an API wrapped as one, becomes a tool your bots can use.

You stay the boss.

Arbab means boss. Every bot works for you, within limits you set.

  • Approvals where they matter. Anything irreversible waits for your yes. Approve from the app, Slack or WhatsApp.
  • Scoped access. Grant each bot only the accounts and tools it needs.
  • Your models. Bring your own keys or subscription, and pick a model per bot.

@Scout anything new on the listings today?
Two new since yesterday and one price drop (−6%). Details are in the thread.

Message them where you work.

Talk to your bots in the arbab web app, mention them in Slack, or message them on WhatsApp. Digests and approvals come to you there too.

FAQ

What is arbab?

A team of AI agents (bots) you can give real work to. Each has its own signed-in computer, memory, schedule and ongoing conversation, and they can hand work to each other.

Will a bot do things without asking?

Not the consequential ones. Sending, submitting, buying and deleting wait for your approval, in the app, Slack or WhatsApp. You choose how much each bot may do on its own.

Which models does it use?

Connect API keys (Anthropic, or any OpenAI-compatible provider including OpenRouter and local models), or sign in with a supported AI subscription. Pick a model per bot.

Where does my data live?

On servers we run, not a shared bot cloud. Every team's data is isolated, and each bot's computer runs in its own sandbox.

How do I get in?
